How Can Blue Light Affect Your Health?
We, humans, have to maintain our mental health and be in harmony with our surroundings. We all know that sleep is one of the primary elements of our day that interferes with this harmony. Some of the factors are; lack of physical exercise, poor sleep routine, excessive coffee use (exceeding the advised cups per day), and in recent years, artificial light consumption and exposure, particularly blue lights, have been the main external factors that disrupt our sleep. We all also know that blue light is the most dangerous color of visible light for the human visual system since it primarily impacts our eyes and internal clock. It causes eye fatigue, dryness of the eyes, tiredness, and blurry visions, and can even lead to blindness when left unnoticed for a long period of time.
Since lack of sleep is related to the negative effects of blue lights, Insomnia will be the first thing that will come to our mind. Insomnia, which is the feeling or one of the consequences of not getting enough sleep, has increased recently, especially in children and teenagers since they rely on their digital devices for their online classes.
This should alarm everyone since the younger generations are at risk. Installing an anti-blue light screen protector would be a great idea for everyone!
