Blue light Can Cause Dry and Irritated Eyes
We spend most of our time facing our screens. When we wake up, we check our phones for possible important updates from work, to check the daily news, or to check on our loved ones. We basically associate our daily lives with our digital devices and since we are on a pandemic, we are not allowed to interact or be involved in any physical activities with one another.
And when we spend hours on our digital devices, we stare at them deeply, and forget to rest our eyes. We forget to look to something far, blink our eyes often, and rest. This results in dry and irritated eyes. It suddenly becomes tiring to look at something so bright now. Our eyes are tired and it affects our work performance. This proves that blue light can easily penetrate and hurt our eyes.
But what can we do to at least protect our eyes from its harmful effects?
Try installing an anti-blue light screen protector on your digital devices. It is still one of the best ways to minimize blue light exposure. It may be a common trick, but trust us, it is still a helpful way to keep our eyes protected and healthy.
